I am so pleased that Hudson Street Chronicles became the primary research source for the choreography of “Becoming Water,” by the Continuum Dance Project, choreographed by co-directors, Fernadina Chan and Adriane Brayton as part of the Momentum Greenway Dance Program, presented by Amazon, 2023. I recorded a bilingual Taishanese/English voiceover of 12 quotes from my stories , selected by Fernadina Chan, and recorded by sound engineer, Dave Jamrog, at The Record Company . The performances were on 2 Sundays , October 1st, 2023 at 11:00 -11:30 and 3:00 -3:30 and October 8, 2023 at 11:00-11:30 at the Aunty Kay and Uncle Frank Chin Park next to Boston’s Chinatown Gate.
